Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using our apps, these terms will automatically apply to you the user. We require that you read them carefully before using our apps.

Users of our apps may only use the apps for its intended purposes. The user is not allowed to copy, or modify our apps, any part of the apps, or our trademarks in any way. The user is not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the apps. The user is also not permitted to translate the apps into other languages or make derivative versions. Improper uses of these apps include, but are not limited to, modification, violation of copyright, and spamming. This will result in removal from using our apps. Additional misuse can be acted upon at the discretion of Kwanta LLC.

Kwanta LLC apps, in their entirety, and all their trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Kwanta LLC.

Kwanta LLC is committed to ensuring that our apps are as useful and efficient as possible for its users. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to any apps or charge its services, at any time and for any reason. For free apps, app is free and Kwanta LLC is not liable for any external purchases made by the user if redirected to external sights. For apps that charge the user for the app or its services, we will be explicit about fees and what the user is paying for.

Kwanta LLC apps store and process personal data that the user has provided to us, in order to provide our Service. The user is entirely responsible for keeping their phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features. This could result in actions not limited to a leak of personal information from the app or that the app does not work properly or at all. In such circumstances, Kwanta LLC is not responsible for potential damages.

Certain functions of our apps will require the app to have an active Internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Kwanta LLC cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you there is not adequate Wi-Fi access or data allowance.

If the user utilizes an app that requires Wi-Fi outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, the user may be charged by their mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, the user accepts responsibility for any such charges, including, but not limited to, roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If the user is not the bill payer for the device using the app, please be aware that we assume that the user is still responsible. Use of this service is only intended for users who have received permission from the bill payer for using the app

Kwanta LLC cannot take responsibility for damages caused for the way you use our apps. Along with strong security precautions while using the Internet, the user needs to ensure that your device maintains battery charge when using apps. If it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the Service, Kwanta LLC cannot accept responsibility. Any other type of phone malfunction due to improper use of the app cannot be attribute to Kwanta LLC.

With respect to Kwanta LLC’s responsibility for your using our apps, when using our apps, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Kwanta LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update any of our apps. The app versions currently available on Android – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and the user will need to download the updates if they want to keep using the any of our apps. Kwanta LLC does not promise that it will always update our apps so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that the user has installed on their device. The user also promises to always accept updates to applications when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the any of our apps, and may terminate use of them at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the terminated app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and the transactions that result from the user’s agreement to them shall be governed and in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief in regard to the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy will be brought only in the courts of the State of Michigan or the United States District Court for the District of Michigan. Kwanta LLC also has the option to bring legal or equitable relief in other courts at our own choice.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We advise the user review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
